12 Months RTB Warranty

All of our new products come with a 12 month (RTB) return to base manufacturers warranty as standard.

If you encounter an issue with your product you are advised to call us first on 01245 905144 where we will be able to advise on the best course of action. This may also help speed up the process at it may be we can repair the item at your address or order replacement parts whilst we are awaiting your item at our workshop.

The 12 Month RTB Warranty will not cover the products if they have been misused, damaged or vandalised, or any attempt to make a repair has been carried out by a third-party or none authorised company.  In the event of the product purchased from "Discount Mobility" being sold on, the 12-month warranty is not transferable.

Should you encounter a failure in your products we are able to offer a repair or replacement through this manufacturer RTB warranty. In the case of such a failure, it is the customer's responsibility to return the item to our workshop at which point the warranty repairs and cost of returning the item to you will be completed free of charge.

Any Call-Outs durring the 12 months RTB Warranty will encounter an £80 Call out fee.

If you have difficulties in returning the item at your own cost to us we are able to offer a collection and return service at a cost of £80.00

Gold 12 Months Peace Of Mind Warranty Option.

Alternatively, we offer the option to take out our 'Gold 12 months Peace of Mind Warranty' during your online purchase against Mobility Scooters, Electric & Powered Wheelchairs and Furniture items.
This will then cover you for any extra expense for the first 12 months of ownership against mechanical and electrical breakdown, together with parts, labour and any call out charges.
The Cost for the Gold 12 Months Peace OF Mind Warranty is £79.00 during checkout.

Loan Of Products.

No replacement loan products can be provided during the warranty repair period.

Repair Service.

If you have a problem with your Mobility Scooters, Electric & Powered Wheelchairs and Furniture items that are not covered under our 12-month Return to Base & Gold Warranty, we are able to undertake repairs for you at your cost. Again it is your responsibility to return the item to us or an engineer can collect the item at a charge of £80.00.
