12 Months Warranty

All of our new products come with a 12 month warranty as standard.

If you encounter an issue with your product you are advised to call us first on 01245 905144 where we will be able to advise on the best course of action. This may also help speed up the process as it may be that we can repair the item at your address or order replacement parts whilst we are awaiting your item at our workshop.

The 12 Month Warranty will not cover the products if they have been misused, damaged or vandalised, or any attempt to make a repair has been carried out by a third-party or none authorised company. In the event of the product purchased from "Discount Mobility" being sold on, the 12-month warranty is not transferable.

Should you encounter a failure in your products we are able to offer a repair or replacement through this manufacturer warranty.

How To Make A Warranty Claim.

The warranty is a 12 month return to base warranty and in the event of a warranty claim you would be required to return the item to us. In most cases we can arrange for the item to be collected from you for a nominal fee of £40.

In the event of the product purchased from "Discount Mobility" being sold on, the 12-month warranty is not transferable.
